he cottage is one of four houses in China House Yard, within two minutes walk of shops, pubs, banks, restaurants, churches, take-aways and other facilities. Parking is available for two cars in the Yard, but visitors are encouraged to use public transport. A 10% discount offered for those who travel by public transport throughout.

• a comfortable sitting-room with TV, DVD and Hi-fi Radio/CD player.

Bed-linen and towels are provided. The house is well insulated and kept warm with gas central heating and a gas wall fire in the lounge. We encourage visitors to turn off heating when they are out and to use energy sparingly.

An extra bed is available to be used in Bedroom 2 or downstairs, increasing accommodation to 6.
